TECHNOLOGY
SLIPSTOP is a uniquely formulated compound that reacts with the alumina or silica in any substrate and changes the molecular structure of a slippery floor by creating microscopic channels in the surface resulting in a higher coefficient of friction. When a person walks over these microscopic indentations a vacuum effect is created allowing water or oils to disburse from under foot. This effect improves the grip and reduces the risk of slipping. To the naked eye the surface is virtually unchanged. 
SLIPSTOP is a water based, low odor, colorless liquid. It is not a coating that can wear and that requires repeated re-application.
Lotus Effect – Once the molecular structure is altered as a result of the treatment, the Lotus Effect takes place on the substrate through which the force needed to remove a particle is very low due to the minimized contact area between the particles and the surface resulting in easy cleaning.
Once the treatment is complete, maintain the anti-slip performance by regularly cleaning with good quality cleaning products to keep the floor free of soil accumulation and grease. We recommend SUPERSHIELD Multipurpose Cleaner, which has been specially formulated to keep the micro-pores on the treated surface free from build up of dirt.
